Manager, Developer Relations

SailPoint is seeking a Developer Relations Manager to join our Product team. We are looking for someone with passion, enthusiasm, and technical depth who can enable our customers to extend the SailPoint platform to meet their needs. The Developer Relations Manager will lead our team of Engineers, Developer Advocates and Dev Community program manager. In this role, you'll be at the forefront of our SaaS platform strategy, be an advocate for our customers and partners, and partner with our Product Management and Engineering teams leadership to build new functionality. The role involves defining and executing a vision for SailPoint developer success, mentoring a team of developer advocates and engineers, and improving the developer experience. This includes creating technical resources, best practices, and self-service tools that help developers extend SailPoint's Identity Security Cloud platform. Key responsibilities include partnering with Engineering, UX, and Product teams, identifying and removing developer journey pain points, staying current with emerging technologies, building developer community programs, and educating partners about SailPoint's developer tools and platform extensibility.
