Developer Relations Engineer

Arize AI is seeking a Developer Relations Engineer to help drive awareness and adoption of their AI observability platform. In this role, you'll be responsible for building strong connections with the developer community through multiple channels. This includes creating high-quality documentation, writing tutorials and open-source demos, producing technical content like blog posts and videos, and engaging with developers at conferences, trade shows, and online forums. The ideal candidate will help shape Arize's developer experience by crafting compelling onboarding materials, translating community feedback into product insights, and serving as a bridge between users and the product team. You'll work to establish Arize as a thought leader in AI evaluations and observability, creating content that helps developers quickly understand and derive value from their platform. This role involves actively participating in technical communities, prototyping potential new features, and building partnerships with other companies and projects in the AI space. You'll be expected to attend occasional in-person events and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving startup environment.
